Offering linguistic services in over 40 languages and with expertise in a number of domains (legal, financial, digital, marketing…), we have helped a great number of companies develop internationally.
You will be joining a young and dynamic team within an independent and innovating company.
We are looking for a native English-speaking Client Manager to assist our team of translators with various tasks, including sales, client relations and other administrative duties.
Attention to detail, punctuality and professionalism are all essential attributes for this role. Proficiency in French would be an added bonus. Experience required: at least 2 years in sales / client relations.

Responsibilities
  • Client relations (emails, phone and face-to-face)
  • Create quotations and invoices
  • Set up projects
  • Create and edit documents (DTP: proficient in Word, Excel and Acrobat)
  • Handle postal deliveries
  • Update client files
  • Client follow-ups (individuals, companies, professionals)
  • Client retention (personalised service, client prospecting, finding new clients)
